I can’t figure out why my Percy doesn’t turn on I have batteries in it and no wires cut off and I turned it on but nothing happens

I'll be genuinely honest, and I really don't mean to come off as rude; but watching those videos somewhat hurt a little. You were pretty rough with the Percy, and I believe you broke it not understanding the extreme fragility of the Talk N Action trains in particular. If I were you, I would stop messing around with it, and see if Ripley can do anything about it in regards to making it run smoothly.

The last video I watched (not sure when that was or if it was most recent) but it looked as if it was working fine after you replaced the batteries. Did you ever get blue track and not use the wooden track?

Sorry Motti, but judging from the picture aboave it looks like Percy is a goner.
The T'nA models are the most particular, finicky, fragile, high maintenance trains EVER!
I tried my hand at repairing only a couple, before I realized that I hadn't the tools, skill, or understanding of their complexities, to fix them.
It was only Ripley who was up for the challenge to take it upon himself to master the knowledge of thier interworkings to become The Amazing Ripley that he is..
Your Percy is in the worst disrepair that I have ever seen, and generally one found in its current condition would be considered scrap and used for parts. I honestly doubt that the time and effort that it would take to completely rebuild it with labor and shipping would cost more than it would cost to simply replace it at this point.
Sometimes though Motti some of life's greatest lessons are best learned at a young age.
Luckily it was only a $50 train, and that from this experience, that someday when you're older, you'll never decide to try and fix your own car and take it upon yourself to dismantle it's engine.

It didn’t break only the coupler but I got blue tomy tracks now it ran well but when I unscrewed the part to superglue Percy coupler the metal thing came off and it stopped working after that somehow there is no wires cut I’ll try to see if there is any broken wires or Ripley I can send some photos to show u if u can spot something I can’t see

I checked the inside of the motor and nothing is cut but something is weird with the wires they seem tight somehow and I think it’s on the circuit that broke because when I moved Percy’s head piece the train started over heating by touching the circuits and then I think it broke by overheating

There is a fuse in between the bottom of the chassis and the circuit board.
It's probably blown.

I think the circuit overheated because everything is fine but the circuit looks weird and that little metal thing on the side of Percy’s motor box fell off

The metal piece you are talking about I believe is a weight. The issue is most likely the fuse as Muddy mentions.
