Hey there and welcome to BPT. As mentioned in your YouTube comments I think Percy will run a lot better on the blue track vs the wooden track. When you touch the wheels with the motor on, the wheels should stop/resist the pressure. If they spin then the axle gear may be stripped, but it sounds as if it is working as designed.
OK but when I touch it I don't press down hard I just put like the top of my finger on the wheel and it stops but the motor keeps running I unscrewed the top cap of Percy and checked the wheels but it's not cracked I think it's the motor

But when you put it on a flat surface it goes fine from what I saw in the video. If the motor were bad, I don’t believe you would hear the motor.
I wanna check the motor gears but I don't wanna break the wires can u fix it for me plz
