Until our experts can chime in I will give you what comes into my head although thats not always a good thing. That Plarail coach may have been a limited release possibly for the 300 series Shinkansen or maybe the N500, N700 or N700a but my mind leans toward the N300. Hopefully someone who is smarter than I can help for sure because I could be totally wrong.
In this picture you can see how the 300 series Plarail coach looks very much like yours except for the word Plarail. Now I am wondering if this was a Plarail Expo exclusive or possibly a Plarail Club exclusive.
