Yes, the white Troublesome Tanker

That may be Sunhuntin, like the freight cars were all goofing around which made Thomas upset or something like that, right?

exactly that. the original stories have several instances of engines being derailed, right up until one engine caused S C ruffey to be smashed to smithereens.

And...because i liked the above set so much, I had to get a set that was used to play with. Well thats close, I actually won this used set very cheap before I even saw the new one pictured above. This used set was missing the two rare pieces (at least here in the US) the white Troublesome Tanker and the Red Express Coach but it did have a few things I wanted like the trees and apple & oranges cargo pieces. One can't have too many cargo pieces. I wanted to get a closer look at Thomas's Miffed face and play with the other things. I think the Dozers name is Terrance and of course there is Caroline but what is the tracktors name? Don't know as yet how many of this will end up on Ebay. I have really warmed up to this set when complete. Its very detailed and a must for the Thomas Collectors IMO, boy, how quickly ones opinion can change once they have it in their hands to examine.

A few more Troublesome Trucks loaded with fish would make a nice Flying Kipper for Henry or James to pull!

I also find those flatcars with the spring loaded chocks are an oddly useful item.

Trevor, thanks Sunhuntin and thanks for the tip on using the diecast Pixar cars on those flat decks. I just sold about ten of those that I had laying around.
In the center of the picture is another Rare Vintage Red Plate Garter Bridge, you all know how much I like bridges especially in twos. This leaves me with only one more bridge that I want to get and this one isn't that old but hard to find. I am forsaking two rare vintage girder bridges the I once wanted as they look to be thinner plastic and possibly brittle seeing as the plastics they used back then isn't as good as they have now.

What is to the right of the bridge is definitely chalked up to 'Might As Well' (MAW) or better yet 'Moment Of Weakness' (MOW). After getting the Red Plate Garter Bridge I had to scan the Sellers other listings to get see if there was other deals that I wouldn't have to pay the Bank Transfer Fee or any shipping on. The only thing I could find that I had a remote interest in was this vintage Station Platform with two Bonsai Trees, turns out its not as well made as I thought but the trees are good. Glad it was only 700yen with no shipping or Bank Fee.

I was always interested in these vintage, stackable, apartment/office buildings but never seemed to get a chance to nab them until now. I have to admit they are smaller than I envisioned them to be. More like in between N and HO scale. Haven't decided if I like them enough to keep. They are neat as you can mix and match as each floor is removable to make taller or smaller buildings.

Super,

The box for your Cars set actually states:

In red: "The following cars do NOT fit in the carriages".
In black just underneath: "Other cars may not fit depending on the type of car and their shapes."

Many Thanks Plarnold Smile

That would explain why they didn't list Mater and Lightning McQueen because they do fit especially since they are in the picture. Now, I am hoping I ordered the correct Tomica version of them both. Will find out tomorrow when they arrive.
