Something Old Thats New to Me

6 Replies, 5762 Views

Of late, it amazes me when I see something that I haven't come across before given at how much research I have done over the last few years. Here looks to be an early version of a sound station that is new to me but old in years. At least it looks old and the asking price may be an indication of its rarity. Might anyone have a picture of the D51 sound play set this came with? http://www.jauce.com/auction/e214841601

It might be for a 0 series Shinkansen, as even NYC 999 barely broke 100.5 in the late 1890s.

Useful engines help each other.

Updated the post with the release year.

It seems like it is a relatively recent release (1990s is considered quite new by my measure).

Thanks Plarnold

For some reason, in my mind, I associate all things demarcation line as 1995 which, in my silly opinion, is the year that changed the world. This was the year Windows 95 came out and was the beginning of having computers in everyones homes and the start of the information Era.
