These are the flagged models that I know of next to a RC flip face Thomas...

Unless there is another standard sized model with flags that I am unaware of that the stickers could be stolen from, or else custom stickers were created. But the other flagged version is too large and the stickers wouldn't fit the shell dimensions. So yes, at this point I do think it's legit.

What I find strange is that any of the Thomases that I have had apart, the smoke box was black plastic whereas this one looks to be blue plastic painted black but of course the ones I messed with weren't flip face so I am guessing the smoke box is all one molded piece with the shell.
