Flip Face/Party flag Thomas check

(12-29-2016, 09:28 PM)Super Wrote: What I find strange is that any of the Thomases that I have had apart, the smoke box was black plastic whereas this one looks to be blue plastic painted black but of course the ones I messed with weren't flip face so I am guessing the smoke box is all one molded piece with the shell.

Idk...i have studied this thing for hours and am baffled!!
I cannot wait to examine it up close and in person!! Shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks until it arrives..Smile

Looks very cool. I have never seen the insides of one of these but I am curious if its been re-wired too as looking through the cab windows (last pic) it looks as if the green wire might have a red crimp connector on it.

I may open it up, but the use of green and yellow wires seems foreign and European to me...as it did come from Poland. Hopefully Jdogman will take a look and have some ideas too?
