They are rare (in the west)... I also bought a new one from the ebay seller and when they were gone mate, they were gone lol. I have 5 or 6 now but I have been actively hunting them down.

The set it originally came in was revised in 2013 or early 2014, so it's not really all that rare. I have one from the original set.

As I don't mean to disapoint you, it doesn't include an angry face. This original version of the includes the angry face.
