Something to think about. I know the warrior minis are in the 50 pack does any one think they will be blind bagged in the future? If not what number will they be in the line up. The golden thomas was in the collector wheel now it is in blind bag. Same goes for the advent minis.

Yes, I've seen them in Belleville and Napanee so far. The bags are different, and the codes are on the back. They were mixed in with the older bags.

The package is also different. I believe scruff is on the front.

i doubt dark knight diesel will be blind bagged. if he is, there will be some noticble difference in the design and decals. something along the lines of cyborg spencer having a blue face surround in the set, and black in retail.

i collected pixar cars for several years and have seen sdcc exclusives from mattel be released to retail but with dramatic changes, usually the paint. most sdcc cars have a special metallic paint. when put into retail, they have had normal paint.

I don't think so. Sorry to be a downer! Gold Thomas was always going to be in the blind bags. Think of his inclusion in the Collector's Playwheel like the engines in the 3 and 8 packs. An early release.

Mattel would be focusing on creating new vehicles by the handful instead of going back over what they've made and do many re-releases, with the possible exception of engines like the Classic theme Thomas, Percy, James, Edward, Emily, Gordon, Toby, Henry, Diesel, and Diesel 10. Even in the other toy lines, there are more repaints of previous toys than re-releases.

The Silver Surfer is from Marvel, and we already have eight DC Super Friends engines for the future range of blind bags now that Toby as Blue Beetle as surfaced.

Just FYI:
SquareOne Walmart in Mississauga, ON Canada has now 3rd wave. Lots of wheels and twist'n'turn sets too.
