thomas and friends mini series

Loving this thread! It has been a great resource fire duplicate prevention. My son is 2 and (obviously) loves Thomas. I have come to realize that I would have been a train lover as a kid if I was exposed!!

We are in Florida, so can only buy the minis online and in Walmart. I despise Walmart, so we are at 35 trains in 3 trips.... I also have 2 coming from ebay, but am already regretting not waiting, since a poster reported seeing wave 2 in a US Walmart!

Can you tell us what number corresponds to which engine? Would like to know what lies ahead! Just picked up all of wave 2 in the US.

That was an epic fail on my part.... I was attempting to reply to someone's post and it did not work out for me!

Checked one of the 5 local WMs yesterday, no wave 2 yet, but they were low on stock. Maybe they'll be restocked soon, and hopefully with wave 2.

I guess I'll try to rotate between stores until they show up. 1 of the 5 I don't go in to from March until September, I hope I'm not missing out, but I don't think I can deal with all the tourists.

If it helps the missing ones are;

H12A/20 - Percy (Classic)
H12A/21 - James (Dino)
H12A/31 - Charlie (Robot)

Nearly missed that one lol!

Just joined after lurking for months. I have been checking 4 walmarts for months waiting for wave 2. Most walmarts have been restocking wave 1 but last night I found wave 2 at the walmart that is considered to have the highest volume. There appeared to be 2 of each train. Most of wave 1 was sold out so this may be why wave 2 was found at this walmart only.

I also noticed the playwheels have been rolled back to 9.97 on the website but still ring up as 12.97 in store.

I referenced the postings to get all of wave 2 except Millie (missing from box). There was also a new shipment of 8-packs in a shipping container but it was the same wave 1 8-packs.

1 interesting thing I noticed is some of the walmarts now have a collectible display that has blind bags only and this contained some new wave 1 thomas blind bags and new display boxes that are not bolted down.

I took some pictures of a shipping container in case anyone wanted to see what they look like. Sometimes I have to pull these of the pallets because the employees don't finish stocking until 4am.
