It might do better at sales with a new release in this day and age of video gadgetry and probably cheaper with advanced technology. Wonder what year that was released and how much this set cost.

I managed to contact the seller, this is what she told me. "they do film in real time straight to any tv, dvd or monitor, the picture is black and white its quality is like watching a 1950s film my husband, Albert says if you could fit a camera from a smart phone to one of them it would be great."
Thanks for getting us this information Leland.
I like the idea of remote real time action but not the black and white. Too bad they couldn't re-release it with an Hi Def Key Chain camera with a wide angle lens in the trains nose, that would be nice. Well at least a good idea for adults given the urge for the youngsters liking to crash the trains into each other I would imagine the nose camera isn't such a good idea after all. If I were a kid I would love to watch crash ups real time from the first person (on board) angle.
A bit pricey but I am sure someone will be interested in getting this gem

Out of my range, both price wise and collecting wise.
Proud owner of Tomy/Plarail trains.
Is that your ebay account Leyland? some great stuff but out of my price range hehe
It is not my ebay account. I purchased a station from this seller. her merchandise is pretty good. Like other members, the price is a bit steep.
Vlastian is probably the most expensive seller on ebay.co.uk, but she does manage to get hold of an astonishing range of unusual items.
