The first video shows a die-cast Captain as a stand alone item. I can't make it out perfectly but near the beginning it sounds like someone speaking over the loud speaker in the background saying "Target Associates"? In the second video it states at the beginning that "Trackmaster Captain is only found in the Captain and Salty's Sea Rescue Set"
