Take care of those things from your past as they will be great to pull out and talk about in the future when you have children and even further down the road with Grandchildren. They will appreciate it and you will to.

Yup I'm gonna keep my stuff from the past as it will be rare and valuable in the future. And plus my kids will think im a millionaire with all this rare train stuff... And think I'm a train geek.
