How do you know it's the mother board is bad....  I have learned that if the right voltage is not coming from the batteries, it can make it seem like something else like the IC chip is bad.  Just my thoughts. 😉

well, the 2 black things under the Chip have badly bent, and when there's power they overheat, also he doesn't run at ALL, he just makes the theme, and if put for a prolonged period of time, it gets higher pitched
