Hello! I'm posting this because I'm trying to make my not working R/C Thomas into a working one and I need some tips. (NOTE: I have 3 of The Flip-face Thomas)
I need a little help....

I think that in order to get some help we will need more information than just 'its not working' 😁
Well his van's screw is broken and he doesn't turn on and one of his brothers works so I don't really know if he works....

I am still not sure whats wrong with your R/C Thomas
If the screw is stripped, I assume you managed to put batteries in before it happened (but made a wrong move, applied too much force or used an incorrect screwdriver when tightening). Have you tried using one of the other two controllers to see if he responds? If not, try cleaning the transmitter LEDs on the side of the controller. Since it's a HiT Toys Thomas and there are no "security" (triangle) screws, you could try disassembling him to check the wiring. There's a receiver in front of the drive unit that's wired to the battery van, motor and a low battery light. If there are any snapped wires, I hope you have soldering equipment.
Side note: you might be confusing it with the Hero of the Rails Talking Thomas, which is also Flip Face (but not RC) and has the same cross face the one in your avatar has (albeit with simulated coal dust).
Hello and sorry for the late reply DalaGStanator I'm Talking about the R/C Thomas not the talking one. I got rid of the Red Van and only his shell is here the Red Van is still together. I sadly don't have the controller and I know it doesn't work as it has corrosion in the van so I don't know what to say now.
That's unfortunate. I was really hoping I had a clue as to what might've happened to it. You said one of the other two engines worked, so how did you know if you didn't have any controllers? Unless you did have one and remember which engine responded. If you still had the chassis with all the equipment on it, it should've been (relatively) easy to mount a 3x AAA pack on a custom battery car (probably a spare Troublesome Truck chassis) and wire Thomas to the pack. Ucwepn modded his Flip Face Toby to replace the copper truck with Henrietta, so it might be possible to do with the RC engines. Thanks for the update, and better luck next time.
