So, while i'm no more clued up as to where one might find these [and believe me, that 'World Engine Series' is mighty tempting for someone who liked the few stabs Plarail made at a similar effort in the 90's with the TGV, Eurostar and Virgin Train models], I can tell you that TaoBao is basically just the Chinese shopfront for Aliexpress, with prices in Yuan/Renminbi and delivery only to Chinese addresses... It's even owned by Alibaba so yeah, if you find it there, odds on it's on AliExpress which is basically just international TaoBao.
