These boxes seem to be from Germany: The Zoo box says: "TOMY SPIELWAREN GmbH, Balbiererstraße, 8510 Fürth / Bayern. Made in Taiwan", and has description and contents list in Italian, Dutch, Danish, German, English and French.

Tivoli Gardens is an amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Denmark. The park opened on 15 August 1843 and is the third-oldest operating amusement park in the world.

I have a website where I have been writing about and photographing many of the sets and pieces that I find interesting.
