Plarail sound variants

Most might not know this, but I'm keeping track of Plarail's sound gimmick trains. Not just Thomas but other trains Plarail made during their course of life. I wrote down (in paper) MOST of the sound variants, not all of them.



 
Sure the drawing aren't good, but the purpose of this is to show what Plarail made. This doesn't include the Thomas products. Just these other trains You might remember seeing.

Great job! Just a side note: As for Enoden Type 1000 trains... I have 3 of them (2 green and 1 white), and they, although the same model, have sounds of different tonality. Other sounds (starting whistle, closing doors, click-clack) are the same.

Umm, you sure bout that? Because I think they’re amazing! And that list is definitely very handy, there certainly are quite a few different sound car variants and I love that you included the specific sounds each one makes

I have a DD14, but it does not talk. Are the different ones?

There was 2 different sets that the DD14 was released with. The first was the DD14 Snow Thrower Set released in 2004 which included two DD14's situated nose to nose and two thrower units. One DD14 had the motor unit and the second had the Diesel sounds which were quite good. The second set was released in 2009 and was also a Snow Thrower set but included a DD14 powered unit and a dummy Diesel DE10. This set had only one Thrower unit and no sound.
