Wonder what those white things are riding in the coaster cars?

We'll have to see them from the other side, but could those white things be some sort of safety bars (restraints)?

Couple things i've picked up from the video

Firstly; The 'track' on the Thomas sushi train looks like brown Plaroad/Motor Tomica/Tomica World roadway, although with a slightly different track shape and possibly different connectors? Shame it's AEG Thomas although I'll be honest, this is perhaps the best looking AEG Thomas i've seen? For the first time in a while he looks like he has the correct proportions [relative to the original] instead of the super-deformed style Mattel normally go with... 

Genuinely would consider picking this up, if there wasn't already a Plarail version with a Shinkansen [which wins out over AEG for me ] 

Secondly - There's now literally a Big Loader set for making sushi, now I really HAVE seen everything ^_^  Seriously, at this point the Big Loader concept must be tied with Plarail for the largest number of creative revisions and unusual offshoots in the TOMY catalogue over the years

For real though, I would DEFINITELY buy the 'Sushi Big Loader' if it worked with the Plarail sushi train, as that would just be epic
