Great video Mister No. Once again hats off to you for your amazing timing to film the trains passing and switching between them.

Do you practice your start times in advance or just get lucky?

Thank you Finno. Yes, some scenes in my videos are admittedly "scripted", but some of them are made possible by the mere layout solutions. I built my lines intentionally so I could have four or five trains running comfortably. Also, almost all my lines (except Dokidoki railway line - the "green line", which is actually totally separated from the rest of the system), are rather long and double tracked. (There are also points where the lines can be shortened, i.e. The Viaduct, Satellite, Inamuragasaki...) That allows me to put two or three trains on the same line. And that's what I did in the recent Hanshin video. There are actually three trains running on the same line, line 901:

The line in the video starts in Kamakura (the "blue" line of the layout) and trains are running through the following stations: Enoshima Central - (transfer to "yellow line") - Enoshima Local - Satellite - Enoshima Central (once more!) - Dokidoki Station - Fujisawa Central, and back again. The start times of each train were adjusted, but then they are on their own. I just have to record what they are doing! Smile

Excellent video Mr-No. I often like to spot any changes in Layouts watching videos and sometimes miss new additions. Are there any changes or additions I missed? BTW...that is an AWESOME map you made of your Layout with the inserted pictures.
Thanks, Super! If you mean scenery etc. I think there's nothing actually new in this video. I didn't plan to do this one, it was totally spontaneous...
My Hanshins were en route, so I took the chance to film them! Smile
The map I made few months ago, but it needed an upgrade, some parts changed since then i.e. Satellite Towers & Station:

TWIN TRAMS...I love it!

Here is the new video...

A word about this new plarail one-speed motor... I didn't change anything on my trams (except the coupler on one of them, of course), and the first tram's motor was wery quiet when I put the battery and hold it in my hand. On tracks, it is rather noisy, I suppose it's because of the vibrations. I don't care, it reminds me on real tram sound. I like it.
But the second tram is not noisy at all! No vibrations here, it runs nice and quiet.
I actually like this one-speed motor. Yes, it's too fast (for trams), but it's very good, the trams are running smoothly, and the battery lasts long. The on-off switch could be less stiff. In general, I'm very happy. Smile

ARU RESSHA - - JRKYUSHU SWEET TRAIN

The Aru Ressha (或る列車) is a two-car deluxe excursion train operated by Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu) in Japan since August 2015. The train is formed of two modified former KiHa 47 diesel cars, renumbered KiRoShi 47 9176 (car 1) and KiRoShi 47 3505 (car 2), and is intended to replicate the design and ambience of the luxury Brill coaches purchased by the Kyushu Railway in 1908. The purchase occurred just before the company was nationalized under the Railway Nationalization Act) and the car was never put into service.

It is obvious that it was formed of KiHa cars, and Plarail model resembles the model of KiHa 40 (in this case Kitaro/Medama JR West, Sakai Line) trains. Plarail's Aru Ressha is a nice model with completely closed shell (no holes), and everything (except the destination sign, I think) is printed - no stickers. It's a 2 speed train (speed 2 is hilarious).

Is this train still in production or was it a Limited release at the end of Dec 2017? I think it was so its good you managed to nab a new in the boxer Mr No

Its no secret that this train was my most anticipated and at the same time my biggest disappointment with any Plarail train and a perfect example of bait and switch IMO. Dodgy
