That page is in Japanese so I couldn't navigate it very well. So are you saying the what the train is saying is like singing the Noodle company's jingle?

All I can hear are a bunch of cat sounds. If there’s any intelligible spoken Japanese, it’s in a “cat voice” that makes it difficult for a non-Japanese speaker to discern.
