Surprisingly Unpopular Thomas Toys

Are there any early 2000’s Thomas Toys that you know of that surprisingly haven't gotten much attention on the internet? Like the 2003 TOMY Join N’ Go RC Thomas, for example.

I don't recall seeing it before. Now that I've found reviews from people who bought it, I understand why it's unpopular. TOMY have done much better before and after it, especially in design choices and engineering. This, however, apparently left parents upset because their children didn't know how to use it.

Anyway, I've got one that might be perfect for this thread. There's a TOMY pull back toy that depicts Lady being chased by Diesel 10.

They also made one with thomas and trevor.

Yes, but that one is more common and not as unique. The Lady and D10 is more noteworthy since it's not the blue puffball, the green caterpillar with red stripes or the splendid red engine, and isn't as easy to find.

I have the trevor and thomas, but mine is missing the trailer. I almost had lady and d10, but the seller wouldnt split them out of a bulk lot.

I am hoping to win a tomy tutor computer this weekend. I think there were two, one standard and the other thomas themed. Its thomas that i will be bidding on. It amazes me that i am still finding new/different tomy branded items, despite months spent researching.

Oh man, I picked up the generic version of that toy over the summer as a novelty to add to my vintage computer collection, but now I NEED to get my hands on that version!

Only question is which collection does it reside with....
I have a website where I have been writing about and photographing many of the sets and pieces that I find interesting.

if i win this one, i will NEED to get the generic one to go along with it. i really dislike my compulsions sometimes. lol.

as to which collection, i have the same issue. on one hand, its a tomy toddler toy. other the other, its a tomy toddler TRAIN toy. my website seperates the two, so not sure which page it would belong to. currently, i am inclined towards the train page. the standard would go on the other general tomy toys page. that would then annoy me, having them on different pages... life is hard sometimes Wink
