I see that Jeebsters Nostalgic Signs have quite a lot of old time reproduced Australian signs in their Catalogue very nice. Do you have this displayed in your house? Thanks for sharing.
Well thanks for the interest, I never looked into it myself. Smile I'm quite impressed now that I saw the catalogue. I do display this on my bookshelf in my model railway room, which its layout is another story.
One wall of our layout room with large, 16" diameter Train Station replica clock and vinyl decal (removable and reusable) of the Lionel Lines 1900 Steam Engine

Our Train Bank, 49" tall. Red crossing lights flash with the sounds of the crossing bells and also the sounds of a steam engine and her whistle chugging by with every coin deposited.

More train stuff from around the house...

Located in our train room my Grandson loves this picture because even though there is no lettering at all (strange) on the train, it looks exactly like it would be a long, Union Pacific freight train being pulled by 4 diesels. The picture is 40 inches wide.

With the original box this rare, pretty cool Lionel train table lamp is very much liked by us and proves to be a nice conversation piece when friends are over. When the light is turned on, the Hudson 700E "moves" quickly as all the wheels and rods are put into motion. The train is brought to life while slightly rocking back and forth with the life like sounds of the engine and steam whistle. As you can see on the plaque, the Hudson 700E was quite a significant train for Lionel. Wow, $75 in 1937, wonder how much that would be in 2014 dollars?

We love ours and it holds tons of change. Is yours filled up?
It is not even close, you can't even see the change in it yet.

[Image: smiley-lol.gif] Yes, it does take a lot until the change is visible in the tube.
Not very many out there that have other train related items around the house?

Here are some wall decals in my Grandsons bedroom...

Still no other takers eh??? [Image: confused-shrug-smiley-emoticon.gif]

Here we have a vintage lamp in my Grandson's room. The Econolite Motion Train Lamp has an inner shade that rotates with the rising heat from the light bulb giving the trains motion. I remember my Grandfather had one of these exact motion lamp trains but it was in a picture frame. I keep trying to get one of those too but they usually go pretty high in the auctions.
