Sounds like a lot of software learning at least for me.

We're all learning super, this is bleeding edge technology so by its very nature is immature and has many pitfalls. Aside from learning about the software and the basics of printing there are also issues such as finding reliable filament. Price isn't everything but at the same time don't assume all are the same and just buy the cheapest. For example that clear filament I bought was on generally speaking and I was tempted to buy more on the basis it was cheap, but then when printing novels with flat surfaces like those on deadpool and you notice small imperfections which appear like little spikes on the surface. This is caused by either inconsistent plastic flow which is the result of inconsistent filament width, or impurities in the filament. Either way you end up with something that needs more work after the print. Just so you know most good filaments will list the typical variance in the width of the filament, the ones I found that work nicely so far are +/-0.03mm and +/-0.02mm, in comparison the clear reel the manufacturer doesn't quote the manufacturing tolerances so go figure

Although having said that the clear one will do for printing prototypes to see if the dimensions are right, parts fit etc
