I thought it was Merrick too... They're essentially the same color scheme and serve similar functions, the show really needs to work on developing their current characters rather than introducing new ones haphazardly each season.

I am really no expert at all on the Thomas shows or characters. I had to look it up. Merrick seems to be a crane while Owen is an elevator. The reason I guessed that its Owen in this set...is the large letters under his chin that says....OWEN...lol.
