My last large FromJapan order for awhile.. :-(

As the title alluded this is going to be the last (well second to last) FromJapan order for awhile. I have one more shipment to instruct once a few more things arive but it will be rather small. I am currently house hunting and looking to move in the next couple months. As such packing will already be a real treat. I am amazed at how much stuff I have amassed over my short time collecting. I am hoping in the new house to have a room to build out a more permenant layout and display area.

Anyway, here is a quick over view pic. I quickly took everything out to make sure it was all there but have not looked at things too closely yet. More pics to come.. and yes there is a lot of TnA engines. Big Grin oh and the monorail supports and track was a nice score..

Are you gonna use the engines for parts? (Just curious)

I will have to take a look but will likely repair these if needed. I hate to see any of them end up in the scrap heap. Dodgy
I'm sure some of them have slipped gears

Exciting times...looking for a new home and yes, an extra room for Ripley's layout and collection.

Is that a new TnA James in that box and is that a new Lady and Murdoch?

Thanks Super. Unfortunately the James box is in a bit of rough condition, but I am still happy to have the box.

Lady and Murdoch were really cheap but are not new either, sorry to say.

I hope you find a perfect house and the whole ordeal will be over quickly.

So one of the auctions from this Lot had a ton of various colored track with lots of it being translucent. I am hoping to be able to do something with lights underneath possibly.

But I found these to be a little odd. Anyone recognize them and know where they may be from? I am assuming maybe a Hypercity/Hyper Gaurdian set maybe?

Also I have not seen track like this, which seems to be for a set of some sort as well. Thoughts?

Wow, I don't remember if I have ever seen grey tracks like those before. My first thought was Advance but no way are they for those. What I find unusual is that the activation tab/lever in the center of the two pieces looks to operate as the train is moving away from the center of the piece, the straight action piece has a Stop/Go switch but I don't see how it would stop a trains movement and allowing its wheels to move. And what the heck are those bumps in the straights for. Very interesting, would really like to now what the actions are for. Are there Tomy Logos on them? What does the undersides look like? I find this exciting...am I weird?

The red tracks look like knock offs but of course I could be wrong. Any Tomy Logos on them?

Unfortunately neither seem to have the Tomy logo. Dodgy

Both the grey and the red track seem well made and not cheap/flimsy material so the appear to be authentic. For the red track it almost seems like it is to sit on something like a bridge girder/support maybe?
