The TOMY one might begin becoming rare with it being discontinued; Plarail Connor has been assigned TS-16, which was formerly Dash.

Thanks HankAmericanEngine, You are a wealth of knowledge. I really don't understand why Tomy has to reuse numbers for trains, tracks and accessories. Aren't their enough numbers to go around?
The company has updated the box artwork and numbering system, as a lot of the golden characters like Donald, Oliver, Stepney, and BoCo are being discontinued for production of newer characters.

Bash and Dash were originally going to look far more accurate to their appearances in the TV show, at least in their Trackmaster releases. Prototype pictures of the Trackmaster Greatest Moments Bash and Dash featured a drastically different design from the final, although it looked like that original design was going to come with a price: painted on weathering of sort, looks to me like green specks, maybe moss??? Why would engines have moss grow on them?
