Might As Well Syndrome

TARDIS - Name of the Doctor's Time Machine, stands for :Time And Relative Distance In Space (I think), its key attribute apart from being able to travel in time and space is that it is renowned for being bigger on the inside than the outside. In fact the inside is almost limitless in size hence Sun's idea Smile

Dalek - Warlike Genetic Mutants from the planet Skaro, genetically engineered by Davros (another for you to google Super) who bred them to fight a civil war that had run for centuries. Once the mutants were strapped into their 'travelling machines' the Dalek was borne and went from a planetary civil war to a galactic wide conflict. Probably the number one enemy of the Doctor...

Sounds like Nigels is a but of a Dr Who fan Big Grin
I grew up with 'The Doctor' you got to remember this is a British made show that has been going for more than 50 years, over that time we've had many doctors and even more enemies, but its maintained its quaint charm even though its tried in recent years to become a little more grown up lol!

I quite like the new Cyber Men actually, they remind me of Storm Troopers (Star Wars or Nazi versions Smile)

I wonder what this season will bring? Incidentally has anybody seen the spin-off called "Class"? Based around a school with a 'rip' in time and space through which the odd alien makes its way through. Quite good from the couple I've seen Smile

I've got a minor case of this. If Nendoroid wants me to think correctly, then I just 'need' to get another figure in order to add to the appeal of another one.

I got it again... [Image: sad.gif]
My latest mutation of this syndrome has taken two forms. First, my daughter is now as interested in trains as her brother, so of course I might as well buy her stuff to get her own collection started.
Second, I have locomotives but my collection of rolling stock is a bit light. Might as well make sure to have a nice consist behind each engine, right?

I have just finished a Major case of the M.A.W.S at the Yahoo Auctions of Japan. Wheeeew...this time the sickness bit real hard and I barely survived. This morning I won the last 4 items I was after and hope that they will arrive at the Japamart Warehouse quickly so I can combined them with the six items already there. This will be a very large shipment as far as size is concerned as there are several large, rare, new in box sets that I can't wait to get my M.A.W.ed hands on.

Awesome.. can't wait to see what you scored. For now just brace for the staggering shipping bill that awaits..Dodgy
So, I don't remember if I already said this, but I have these figures called Nendoroids. After purchasing half of the Nendoroids available, I'm thinking that I Might As Well just buy the second Nendoroid. (Oh no I've been infected. First it was singing PPAP with my friends, now this.

Shipping doesn't enter into my head equations, I just look at it as the cost for doing business so its not even in my thoughts. Like going into a Poker game worried about how much your going to lose, I like to think about how much I am going to win. Big Grin
