Flip Face/Party flag Thomas check

I hope my username hasn't been said in other places over the forums which I haven't looked at.

I'm sorry to keep you holding and tell you that I've never seen this before, only that it probably wasn't released in 2009, but either 2007 or 2008. I can't actually recall where that flag decorated Thomas which says "Celebrate" comes from. I first thought there was a connection with the R/C item and the Birthday Celebration pack, but that Thomas is just a streamer decorated Thomas. The flag design seems to match up with the design in the Carnival Delivery Set (second from the top in the flag Thomas comparisons), but that set was released in 2013.

Yes, but the dimensions of the shell and sticker on the Carnival Delivery set model is way longer than the size of the RC model...even cut down, the sticker could not be trimmed to fit...also the sticker on the Party Flag RC is more of a thin plastic type membrane decal than a paper based sticker and could not be peeled away without disintegrating. I am stumped.

I am surprised that the Flip Face Thomas is shorter. I would have had to assume it would be a bit longer for the movement.
