The Santa Fe Super Chief is very high on my list. Did you see the size of those Chef prepared meals and everybody smoking? Boy times sure have changed...

JA1271, which belongs to a preservation group. comes up here fairly often on excursions. this photo was the first time a passenger train had run on this line of track, which was mothballed for many years. there was also concern about the wheel arrangement on one corner, as big steamers havent been on it either. i follow this track to and from work each day, and sometimes catch the 4pm shunt coming home, now hauled by diesels.

My favorite trains are the LB&SCR E2 class and British Railways Class 08.

From Thomas To Today's Modern Diesels, They're All A Part Of My Rail-Yard!
Well, where I live, I saw a Diesel engine that looks like dart or salty because of the shape and color. I love hearing it every early morning and every night because the horn sound is great. I also found another train at San Jose, and it looks almost like Connor to me because of the color of the stripes is blue.
These are the only favorite real trains I saw, but one evening I heard Spencer's whistle sound, but it wasn't a streamlined train, it was a dog barking. Lol
peep peep! Percy is my favorite engine
