What did you do to your trains today?

Well, for the first time I'm actually going to post something I've done to my collection today.

Finally, after 4 years of having chain-link couplings, I've outdone Fisher-Price, HiT Toys, and TAKARA TOMY-- I've found a way to make my couplings exactly like British Railways for coupling all my rolling stock together without being dictated by designated coupling molds and couplings!!
MWAHAHAHAHA!!!! *hackblergcough*

Other than that, updated details on some engines with Sharpies and prepared to receive a few bids I won on Jauce, including a limited edition released DE10 with matching coaches.

If only I could take said pictures! I've had so many people attempt the same thing I've done for my collection and, quite frankly, it's painful. Those chains love snapping at the worst possible time; might get a few pictures tomorrow while filming a teaser for my channel.

Started up my project up today for a Runaway James! It's a standard Scared James but I added a figure and black buffers. Now I plan to have figures in the tender and to put in a new motor to make him go ALOT faster like Ucwepn did in his Gator review! Besides that I added white couplers and soon the project will be done!

Just got done glueing some new HO Scale figures to some buildings for the layout! The two platforms are two kits that I painted and customized to for my people. The switch tower is a Bachmann Thomas And Friends Junction. I'll be using thes on the main layout. I plan on maybe dirtying them up an maybe putting graffiti on them but for now this is it!

Any ideas or suggestions?
