While browsing leylandvictory2's Youtube Channel I noticed a piece of rolling stock that was not familiar to me in the video titled "No Sleep for Cranky Reenactment". Leyland, is this Plarail or might it be custom made?

Plarail? Did it come with the black braces? Still can't picture one that size. The only one I can think of thats this tall is this iron looking one from Mattel that has a gear underneath that flips from a full coal load to an empty one. There is also the blue HiT version that flips but they are the shorter wagon style.

I think this is it..
But the one in the video doesn't look as tall. It looks more the size of a troublesome truck...right?

Possibly.. maybe we could get a side by side comparison of them. I know I have seen this one with the black on it. I have a tipping troublesome truck too but I think it is all grey. I will have to take a look.
I am having problem with the photobucket website, I uploaded the car in question in the troublesome truck gallery. Click the link I provided below. It is located 2nd last row first picture on the right.

Thanks Leyland

The flip car sure looks different and I love different. I have not seen this fellow before, wonder if he has a name. Do you know what set or train he came with and what does his load flip too and does he have a gear or some mechanism that opens it automatically or is it all manual?

That web site of yours is fantastic. Showing your collection as well as lot of pictures a knowledge of transportation from around the world. Thanks for sharing it. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=...52eac5276d

Here is one listed, maybe the things with this are a sign of what set it came in?

thank you. I have no idea where this truck came from. I acquired through a lot. There is a gear at the bottom to flip the roof. Mine is pretty worn out, it can't flip after running underneath the coal hopper.
