We are getting very close to realizing what Gold Thomas is!!
After receiving the translation I was still puzzled by what it meant until a youtuber posted a bit more info and a link to a wiki page that made it all make sense!!!
It is called a "campaign of lucky draw" contest, the Gold Thomas was GRAND PRIZE!!!
I am anxiously awaiting clarification as to wether is says, "a" grand prize, or "thee" grand prize...

This is the fellow from YouTube that shared the "lucky draw campaign" information that I shared with everyone!!
Yes I am hoping to make arraignments with a friend of s friend to make that overseas call...it seems like the best chance at finding out its history... The phone number connects to the Tomy/Takara Corp.!!!
There is no way I can afford an overseas call to attempt to connect with a 10 year old phone number, so I will have to continue to work towards a solution... We are really getting close to finally knowing how many exist though!!

Was you ever able to call that phone number? I'm extremely curious!

By the way, the 9 and 11 have to do with dates.
