It came today! I got this engine off of eBay and the seller was actually very kind when I told him of my suspicions and having it in my hands, this definitely isn't a knock-off toy. I made a little video somewhat dedicated to ROKMAN1445, who didn't get the chance to record his own Oliver's first run. (Music by Sudrian Afro. His channel link is in the description, although he's quit making music for YouTube.)

It was from Thomas-Engines on eBay. Ucwepn suspects him of selling knockoffs, but this Oliver is genuine.
