I have never seen or heard of that Tomica Carry Case. Is it a relatively new item or vintage?

Unfortunately it needs battery terminals, corroded. But I am sure I can fix it or swap it with another chassis?

You need not replace the whole chassis as its not like the normal Shinkansen chassis as it has a snub nose. You should be able to remove the plastic plate under the battery position with the two screws and remove the whole metal terminal then just use an extra one from a AA Shinkansen. If you are having problems finding the right type PM me and I will see what I have.

The front screw is very corroded but will try.

Ahh that's a hard one to find. If the screw can come out of it's place, then check a hardware store.
