Try the Energizer rechargeable AA, AAA, & C batteries, i got tired of constantly replacing batteries, personally I find that they actually stay charged longer and have the same power (mAh) has disposable.
I've got about 25 or so in each size, you have to be careful and look at the package for the "mah" rating, get the highest possible for AA its 2300mAh, AAA its 800mAh, and C its 2500mAh any lower and they die quicker. Also they only put out 1.2v, over 1.5v from a standard alkaline. Again I haven't noticed a performance drop. Perhaps a comparison video is in order......
