I guess he is going to keep us guessing....my guess of whats in the box......a diamond studded, one of a kind release of Daisy (since it was a ladies night unboxing) she came with two platinum Troublesome trucks with actual crushed rubies as their cargo. He won this auction for a mere 499yen. Big Grin

I tried to respond earlier but the site keeps booting me off before I can finish...
Yes it seems Ripley out spotted the "spotter", as there were 2 items left in the box!!Smile One turned out to be a bust, but the other is very special, and will have it's own "Super" unboxing very soon!!
Play nice & have fun!!Smile

She is a beauty and has something that I wish Plarail would do more often...black couplings. I also like that first edition Thomas without the middle wheel, weren't we discussing this somewhere?

Great scores Muddy. I was actually thinking the Thomas looked like the "Gold Thomas" box in your other video when we suspected there were a couple other items in the box. Glad to see the "non middle" wheel version for the collection. And that snow blower engine is awesome. I have bid on that one and the red/black one a few times in the Japan auctions but not scored one yet.

There seems to be a lot of the red/black ones always available.

Yes it's the exact same box that the gold Thomas came in, and actually it was the gold Thomas'(no middle wheel either) that made me realize that a standard 4 wheeled model existed, which turns out to be Plarail's original very first issue design release back in 1995 (they added the middle wheel within a year)...weird that the gold Thomas at the end of the rainbow ultimately led back to the pot!!
As for the snow blower, it's very neat...funny thing: this whole time I thought the blue C12 was motorized, it wasn't until I went to put batteries in it that I realized it didn't have a switch... Ha! dummy car!

Looking fantastic Muddy. How long do you estimate it took you? I see you maintained the hidden tunnel to the desert underworld. Looks to be more blue track this time around. Very nicely engineered and nice work. Smile
