Christmas Gift

Hi,

My 11 DS loves your Youtube channel and watches it all the time. He has started taking apart his trains trying to modify them. I would like to encourage his desire in working with the trains and electronics in general; and was wondering what your opinion would be on a good gift for him, to help him with this endeavor. Thank you so much for your time and your videos.

Maybe look on eBay for a parts/repair lot? For me it is always fun trying to see what you can get running from the lot. Some may be a simple battery terminal needing cleaned up, but some may need to be rewired. Good luck, and this site is definaletly the place to learn if there are questions. I know I have learned a ton from the site and members.

Parting means to take certain misc parts and put them into another motor. I do not recommend, unless you prefer to take chances.
I AM NOT DEAD. Just inactive.

What does it do?
It's like Lego, but for electronics. You stick parts together and then make little gadgets.
