I think I had the purple one before although I can't find it now and I have seen the purple one being sold before. I think on the Japan auctions by itself. At least that is what my brain tells me.

I am looking for the dummy dodge if anyone sees one.. Or has an extra.. Or even a model which none of us know of released exclusivly for the film. On the othr hand it could be a cinema promo the ones they have on the counter usualy which only the cinemas recive. I will go with starworld101 here, it looks like they would of given it out when the movie came out and it looks like the part were the switch is to turn the train on is covered
I will agree with above and say it's probably some kind of Japanese company promotional item from around 2000.
SAAAWEEEET!!! Thank you for your expertise Ucwepn!!!

I believe this Splatter might come from a Plarail set. I saw something from a little advertisement scan someone from Japan posted on Twitter early this year. I assumed it was a cancelled set because I tried Googling some loose translations from the set's name and didn't get anywhere, and I didn't get around to writing it on the wikia.
The set is a Diesel 10 and Lady chase set from around 2000, and has two large circuits of track, Lady by herself, and a three-car Diesel 10, Splatter, and Dodge. Now when I saw the image, I assumed it was a Talk 'n' Action Diesel 10, but I'm now thinking otherwise that it was just a generic Plarail Diesel 10, with a dummy Splatter and Dodge. I'm trying really hard to find the image.
Ahhh thank you Jdogman!!! Ive been anxiously awaiting input!! ...this could be as the lot also contains a D10 & Lady...please let me know you find out more!! Thanks again

Thanks Jdogman
I think this is the first set I have ever seen that included an automatic switch point. Is there no Tomy logo? (10-24-2015, 01:58 AM)jdogman Wrote: I've found it! SUPER DUPER COOL!!!
