Tomy Talk n Action James

Can someone advise on this one? It is probably going to be too late to bid but if I am correct his listing is not legit. To me this does not look like the talk n action James.

- coupler is wrong
- no switch on tender
- no speaker holes on engine

The seller had a talk n action Percy that looked right but I was outbid on it.

Any help on this for my future purchases. Thanks

im going to say its not, as the talking ones, in my experience, have a metal colored plate underneath. this moves and this is what reads the green track.

It is not a talk n action magic rail James, you are right it needs the black switch on the rear of the tender and as Charley said above it needs the spring loaded metal plate bump reader under the front.

Thanks, guys! I about put in a bid the other day, but it did not seem right so I tracked down a video which had some close ups. I appreciate the confirmation.
