Unknown Plarail Train

Hi everybody I have a photo of this unknown Plarail Bullet train

I need to know what this train is called

Its very hard to see in such a small picture and the train being inside the clear tunnel. I am not the expert here and we should wait until they respond but to me it looks like it could be one of those Plarail Shop Exclusives. If it weren't for the silver tops my guess would be the Plarail Shops Blue Stream but it is blue. Can you get a larger screen capture of it for us?

This a Train never actually produced for retail. It was made for this promotional video to introduce the new Tomica Hyper rescue line. So it is a concept train only seen in this video. From the looks of it, it is based on Shinkansen obviously, but is not an actual real life train. Hope this helps.
