The first 2 raises more questions than answers as the yellow EC set box type mysteriously came back, they are only Odakyu store and Hokkaido region specific releases respectively. How do you even remember those sets?
The second 2 are one of the most forgotten ones, its not the internal products that are rare but rather the packaging.

ハイウェイぜんじどうふみきりセット, not really. There are quite a few survivors, but the ハイウェイふみきりステションセット is way rarer and it is a candidate for tough debate as previously stated. It is still a very rare set that peaked around 45 times its own original price before.

Peak price of ハイウェイふみきりステションセット was 180000 yen and ハイウェイぜんじどうふみきりセット was 60000 yen. But don't forget that both sets have slightly different auto crossings.
