pixar buzz and alien trains

these arrived from japan last week. didnt get a chance to really look at them until now due to being away for the weekend and then working mega hours all week.

first up: alien space train!


the little green men wobble around on offset wheels. i tried to get two facing the same way for photos, but it appears their ears prevent this. a nice, basic train.

buzz lightyear space ranger train


the details on the lead car are the same as those on buzz's chest. the red button on the middle car activates the wings. when out, they arent held out so would be ok passing by trackside scenery like a station. repeatedly doing this may wear the paint eventually, but wont do any other damage

My son would love these! Toy story is his favorite!

Woody's Sheriffs Train is my new personal favourite . We have run the Alien trains at our last 2 shows to some interest but I think Woody will be running for 3 days in June .

hopefully, super! im debuting them on thursday at our club running night, and the public will see them at our big show, depending on plans. i will be using the elevated track and they will be part of the decoration on my HO toy story layout. [so 2-3 layouts in one!]

toot, im keen to get the woody train, just waiting for a decent price. same as the long mickey train and the mickey ear track set.

Depends what you call a decent price but I have 15% off all plarail advance,chuggington and Disney this weekend .

usually, the kiwi dollar is about double the british pound. spent 5GBP on ebay the other day and it converted to $11.11NZD. so when i look at your site, or ebay or whatever, i have to double what im seeing then remember to include a post estimate on that amount.
