I mostly acquire TM2 Via a lot or a bundle. The only brand new sets I acquired are Harvey and Young Bao

Just acquired this bad boy. Arrived at Home on Tuesday US Time, Wednesday in New Zealand.
I have not seen him on any US or UK website yet to buy, but somehow he was available in New Zealand.

The Thomas Trackmaster Wiki say's that Hyperglow Kevin is a Target Exclusive.

Toys.co.nz is listing him.

I think he has 3 left.
He is the only person to have him that I have seen.
He is for sale on Trademe, but that is the same person as the website.
