There was this progress video, but it didn't really show much of the full process:

I remember reading somewhere that he used Hornby decals and Humbrol paints.

Hey sorry to be a pest, but did anyone ever find Thomas & The Jet Engine or Percys Chocolate Crunch or Busy Bee James for sale anywhere? They were supposed to come out in the new trackmaster but I still haven't found these and am worried we missed them.

I don't know what stores they are available at but from what I've seen, the "special edition" Trackmaster Revolution sets are available for a much shorter time than any retail Thomas toys sold before them. James in The Green Controller, Thomas and the Jet Engine, and Percy's Chocolate Crunch were all released in October of last year.

Awww man, Iv been trying to find them since even before them and NEVER found them for sale anywhere online or in store. Our kid has been asking about jet engine thomas for a long time. Sad

Found the new trackmaster Glow in the dark Thomas and Edward. My son really likes that you can see the driver in the window. 14.99 each @ Target. They also had the glow in the dark Percy mail set.
