Track Engineer/Tomy Thomas Collector

While browsing google images today trying to find some Tomy layouts to try and make I came across this image here and it was apparently from Walmart.com but when I went to look for it I couldn’t find it anywhere. I’m aware there is a Diesel, Iron Bert and Arry but I’m not sure if they ever made a Paxton model since I’ve never seen anyone with it. Huh
