A quick update, I've found a supplier that has not only 'flashing' LED's but also some 'flickering' LED's, I've ordered a couple to have a play around with. These could be ideal to simulate a firebox, just depends what colour I would like now (Yellow/Orange/Red).
I may also source a spare loco body so that I don't have to mess up the one on that loco as I do like that one
