Do You Recognize These Buildings?

That is some excellent, real looking, N scale work for something so small. Did he make them with cardboard and paper like you?

i think so broadly, maybe plasticard. he uses fine sandpaper to get the rendered finish then paints it and makes the tiles individually, he gets the effect although they are, of course, a larger scale than they should be.
