Do You Recognize These Buildings? - Super - 06-21-2017 Does anyone recognize these building that are in a popular YouTube Channel? They appear to be pre-assembled plastic and possibly built in sidewalks and roadway that looks to the scale of Tomica, Hotwheel vehicles. They are just building facades but they look so detailed with corner buildings. Does anyone know what manufacturer they may be? RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - MuddyPoppins - 06-21-2017 Idk, but they are very nice! You sure have good eye and mind for quality layout upgrades! Have you tried messaging the youtuber to ask them yet? RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - mod thana - 06-21-2017 These building are 1:64 RMZ City Diorama set. They are so detailed, we can put LED light inside for night seen theme. RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - Off The Rails - 06-21-2017 Like mod thana said, they're RMZ City and I agree, they look great! The best source at the moment seems to be eBay. The manufacturer appears to have an online store but the selection looks very limited and mostly focused on the cars. RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - Super - 06-21-2017 Thanks all for the information. Because of it I was able to watch several 'unboxing' videos on YouTube. It appears that each building comes with a car. The buildings can be displayed as a one story or two from the same box and also includes all the accessories like sidewalk signs, light poles and building signs etc. they look great and would look real cool with interior and exterior lighting. RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - leylandvictory2 - 06-23-2017 tiny toys also make 1:64 scale buildings but they are based on the buildings in hong kong. RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - Super - 06-23-2017 Interesting, do you have a Link Leyland, I can't seem to find one. RE: Do You Recognize These Buildings? - bollard - 06-23-2017 i guess that you could make buildings super, i have made a few models of local buildings here at 1.100 scale. just for fun, usually take two or three goes to get them right, old cornflake packets and boxes, light card and paper with UHU paper/card glue. incidentally, this is an unusual building for the UK as traditionally one doesn't normally find principal facade/main entrance openings on gable elevations. |
