Take a look at this very old Tomiyama set especially the unusually steep ramp tracks which looks to be the length of a normal straight rail, 8.5" and not the typical twice the length ramps, 17" that we normally see now. Looks to be like a wooden or Brio compatible non motorized set but with blue plastic tracks.
